How to Measure for a Pleated Mosquito Screen?
For accurate measurements, always follow these simple but critical rules:
- Use a Metal Tape Measure: Flexible tape measures or measuring tapes can give inaccurate results. Always opt for a sturdy metal tape measure.
- Three-Point Rule: For width and height, always take measurements from at least 3 different points (bottom, middle, top).
- Note the Smallest Measurement: If there are millimeter differences between measurements, always enter the smallest measurement on the order form. This ensures your fly screen fits seamlessly into the frame.
- Do Not Add Allowances: It is sufficient to enter the net measurements taken using the methods we've outlined. Our production team will calculate the necessary allowances for the product to function smoothly.
